Dye-sublimation printing infuses ink into the fabric. Dye sublimation printing needs heat and pressure to work. Your design is first printed onto paper with dye-sub ink. The dye-sub print is then ran through a press, which reaches a temperature of 400 degrees. The heat converts the ink into a gas. The press applies pressure, impregnating the fabric with the ink. Rather than ink resting on top of the fabric, like with digitally printed fabric, the ink is bonded in the fabrics fibers. You can stretch and fold it without causing damage to the design.
Images and colors on fabrics come out vivid. With other printers, you can still see individual tiny colored dots if you look closely. But with dye-sub, since the fabric is bonded with the ink, the dots are not present. You can wash, iron, fold and stretch dye-sub fabrics without causing damage. In contrast, an ink design resting on top of a fabric can fade or become cracked or scratched.
Dye- sublimation printing offers great UV resistance. Indoors you can expect up to 30 years and outdoors about 5 - 7 years. No UV protection is added to the dyes to achieve this solid performance. The dyes are simply encapsulated into the polymers, and that produces some great UV resistance.
Ordering is simple. Place your order online through our website. In the spot for messages give us an idea of what you want your custom cover to look like. Once your order is received we will be in touch to go over your design ideas. If it is a simple design (what we think is simple) or you want to design your own, there will be no extra charge for artwork. If your artwork needs revisions and you want us to do that or if you want something more than basic artwork we charge $45.00 HR with a one hour minimum. Once the artwork is completed you will receive a PDF proof for approval and once approved, we will begin the manufacturing process.

We try to create your artwork as soon as possible for your approval, typically within a few days of you placing your order. There can be delays thou, we appreciate your patience. Once your artwork is completed, you will receive a PDF proof for approval. Once approved, your work of art will then be created and shipped directly to you. Total processing time up to 4 weeks.
Unfortunately, No. We do not offer refunds on custom printed items. These custom covers are works of art, designed and inspired for you by you. It makes it very difficult to resell something designed for you to someone else.

Artwork requirements are simple.
Please submit files that are print ready and do not require editing.
A printed image will not look 100% like the original, we can only get as close as possible.
The artwork should have a minimum 150 DPI. We prefer CMYK colors.
We accept the following formats: HIGH RES JPEG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD.
Please keep your artwork files under 1GB in file size if possible.
EPS Files: All text in EPS files should be converted to outlines
PSD and AI files: Layers should be flattened
Please submit artwork in the actual size you want it to be printed.
Submitted artwork does not require any bleed. We print right to the edge with color.
Please convert all your fonts to outlines. We do not accept font files.
If you choose us to make some basic revisions to your files we charge $45/hr, with a minimum of one hour. We can change proportion, text, color, size, etc.
